The following terms are applied to all services apart of the Dashboard network:

• Dashboard is in no-way connected with the uCoz organisational body. If you are in need of clarification on this matter please contact the administration immediately using the contact services provided on-site.
• All pornographic, rude and obscene material is prohibited from being posted/uploaded to the network.
• All public files, threads & other uploaded content with offensive names will be removed from the site without warning.
• The Dashboard administration is not responsible for the content uploaded by any of its users.
• Dashboard memberships will be terminated if any of the following types of materials are uploaded, linked to, shared or otherwise exhibited on the network;
  1. Adult
  2. Warez
  3. Pirated Music
  4. Cracked Programs
  5. Illegal Serial/Confirmation/Registration Numbers
  6. Hacking Tools
  7. Anything Related To Illegal Activities

• You and any person who has access to your account(s) must evaluate, and bear, the risk associated with, the accuracy and completeness of all posted, uploaded and or linked content associated with your account(s). Dashboard reserves the right to remove/delete uploaded content deemed harmful, offensive, or otherwise in violation of the terms of use Dashboard has in place at that current moment.
• You or Dashboard may terminate/close/disable your account(s) at any time for any reason.
• Dashboard in total will not be liable for any of its services. We have the right to cancel our service at any time, and we will not be liable for any data that is lost and/or corrupted which may occur from site closure or a module malfunction. To the full extent permissible under the applicable law, Dashboard shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the supplied Dashboard services.
• The design of all sites apart of the Dashboard network are owned in full by Dashboard. Under applicable laws the modification, duplication or otherwise use of these designs presides with the development team and its affiliates. These designs may not under any circumstances even in relation to educational institutions be reused without prior written permission of a member of the development team.

The following policy is applied to all services apart of the Dashboard network:

• Information is collected by our system when you register, respond to a survey, or fill out a form on any of the sites within the Dashboard network. When necessary, as part of the registration process you may be required to provide your name and/or email address to create an account on sites within the network. You can however visit all sites within the Dashboard network as an anonymous viewer.
